Washing machine Miele no longer works after visit from MIELE technician.

I am writing to complain about the repeated problems we have had with our machine MIELE since purchasing it in 2021 from FUST in Geneva.


Until Friday, our washing machine worked but has a fault with the lid. After the visit of a MIELE technician Friday, our washing machine no longer works, "Aquastop" is written on the screen. No bill for his visit will be paid until I receive a satisfactory service from your company.


October 2023, first repair on the opening lid, repair done by FUST. Problem with the hinge.


September 2025: Same problem, except when the MIELE technician came last Friday, he claims spare parts are no longer available for this machine and we would have to replace the entire lid section at a cost of more than 300Fr. Having had a visit of your technician Friday, the machine no longer works today.


Given the machine in the first place cost more than 1600Fr, two repairs- for the same technical problem- I am extremely annoyed by the situation I find myself in.


Your website claims, when talking about washing machines, "...Combinés à des designs élégants pour tous les modèles. Testé pour plus de 20 ans de confiance et de fiabilité dans l'entretien du linge..." This quote comes directly from your website.


For the moment my experience as a Miele client and given what your technician said Friday would suggest otherwise.  I also have no working washing machine after the visit of your technician.
